Meda does not provide any direct goods or services. The providers listed on the app are independent entities, and Meda does not assume responsibility for their actions, services, or transactions.
4. Use of the Platform
By using Meda, you agree to:
Use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Not engage in any unlawful or abusive behavior while using the platform.
Avoid uploading harmful content such as malware, defamatory content, or inappropriate materials.
Respect the rights of other users and service providers on the platform.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the app without permission.
5. Payment and Transactions
Meda may facilitate payments between users and businesses/service providers globally. By using Meda, you agree to the following payment terms:
Third-Party Payment Processors: Payments on Meda may be processed by third-party payment gateways. Meda does not store your payment information directly. By making a payment through the platform, you agree to comply with the third-party payment processor’s terms of service.
Currency: Payments may be made in various currencies depending on your location (e.g., USD, EUR, GBP, ETB). The currency and applicable exchange rates will be clearly displayed before payment.
Refunds and Disputes: Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policies of the individual service provider. Meda is not responsible for any refunds or disputes related to the services provided by businesses. You must directly contact the service provider for issues with payments or refunds.

6. User Conduct and Content
Meda allows users to leave reviews and feedback for businesses. By submitting content, you agree:

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

For disputes arising in Ethiopia, you agree to resolve any disputes in accordance with Proclamation No. 1237/2021 on Arbitration and Conciliation.
For disputes arising in the European Union, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection and dispute resolution laws.
